Our Core Competency Conversations are scheduled for Friday January 30th. Please see the altered schedule:
Important things to note:
- Students are responsible for coordinating a time with their designated teacher.
- They can find their designated teacher by looking for their name on the list in the main foyer.
- If they don’t find their names, they can see or e-mail (Ms.Brovold) dayna.brovold@burnabyschools.ca
- They need to complete the preparation assignment (it is not graded) and are allowed to bring this to the chat. Students will be provided time during period 8 on Tuesday January 27th to complete this assignment. We have also attached a copy in this e-mail for your information.
- Students are encouraged to bring evidence/artifacts that represent their growth in the goals.
- chats take around 5-6 minutes. The library and cafeteria are open for quiet study as well as teachers’ classrooms for the afternoon.
- Information can also be found in your child’s Grade TEAMS.
