Message from Counsellors
Welcome Back Chargers!
We are currently in the process of fine-tuning student timetables. MyED is currently disabled, you will have access to your schedule on Friday, September 4th at 4 pm. We will be using the Online Course Change Request Form to process all requests for course changes. Students will not be able to walk-in to see their counsellor regarding course changes during this time.
IMPORTANT:
Please only submit the form ONCE (you may put more than one request on the form).
Please attend all your classes in case we need to reach you. We will email you if changes have been made to your schedule.
If you have ‘see counsellor’ on your schedule, please come to Student Services during that period.
Course correction priorities are the following:
1. If you have less than 8 classes (missing 1 or more classes)
- If you completed a course at Summer School that affects your schedule
- If your present timetable does not meet graduation requirements
Form opens TUESDAY Sept 8th at 9am
