COURSE CHANGE REQUEST INFORMATION 2024-2025

We will be processing ALL course change REQUESTS via the form below. 
Please DO NOT email your counsellor regarding course change requests. 
All REQUESTS will be reviewed only through this form until Sept. 10th at 3:30 pm (DEADLINE).

***Please only submit ONE course change form. It is not helpful to submit the request more than once.***

We will do our best to honour the requests that have been made, but there are limitations based on what is available.

Students must attend all classes while waiting for their requested course change.

Please login to the MyEducation Portal and access your class schedule BEFORE requesting any changes.

Please consult the master schedule before submitting your change requests. 
Many courses are offered only once; therefore may conflict with a change you are requesting.

Counsellor course correction priorities are the following:
1. New students with incomplete timetables
2. Incomplete timetables (missing 1 or more courses)
3. Incorrect grade level of course/grad requirments

IMPORTANT DATES:
September 3rd at 9 am – the parent and student MyEducation Portal will be available
September 3rd at 10 am – Online course change request form will be available
September 10th at 3:30 pm – COURSE CHANGE REQUESTS DUE (DEADLINE)

Please check the MyEducation Portal for updated changes in your schedule. Counsellors will attempt to email students if changes have been made to schedules. Please remember we are extremely busy time at this time.

It is very IMPORTANT for students to continue to check MyEd for any updates and attend ALL scheduled classes.
